Candice is an American actor who achieved the heights of fame playing Caroline Forbes on the popular CW show The Vampire Diaries. Candice King first began her acting career during the early 1990s as a musician. In 2009 she released her debut album , 'It's Always the Innocent Ones in United States. She was the composer on twelve of 14 tracks on the album. In the meantime she worked on her acting skills and was a guest in a variety of shows like How I Met Your Mother. Although her career went well but it was not that she appeared on The Vampire Diaries that she received her breakthrough. Instantly, the series became a household name. Candice's acting performance was praised for her performance. She reprised her role for the eight seasons of 171 shows. The Originals (2018) and Legacies (2021) were two spinoffs that saw her reprise her role.
